I'm 40 pounds away from where I want to be. But I'm inching there and I'm picking out clothes to inspire me.

I've had this dream for forever of taking the train into Montreal and then Old Quebec and I can think of no better outfit than this. Especially that sweater and those lined boots. I like animal jewelry -- thus the fox. I couldn't find the perfect necklace -- but I would probably have to have one -- something really delicate and simple. Megs will be joinging me - Yes! Isn't that trench coat fantastic?

Megs and I share a secret about Gray -- and so I borrowed her gray sweatshirt and made my own set. I thought it'd be fun to see what two friends do with the same item. I liked the little hippy in reds hair and her vintage watch which is blown up next to her. I really want this outfit.
